Experienced Required:

• 2 Years experience working across single residential design
• Strong documentation and modelling skills using Revit
• Experience in managing DA, CDC, S4.55 application process
• Working with and co-ordinating consultants
• Understanding of the compliance for residential projects including DCP, LEP and NCC applied to documentation and design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Masters Degree in Architecture

Experienced Required:

• Successful track record in delivering high end single residential projects
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Understanding of the Australian compliance framework for residential projects including DCP, LEP and NCC applied to documentation and design
• Working with and co-ordinating all stakeholders of a project including project team management
• Strong documentation and modelling skills using Revit
• Masters Degree in Architecture
• Architectural registration or desire to complete.

We are seeking an Experienced Interior Designer to join our team.

Working in partnership with our architectural design team, on a range of high end single residential projects, you will be responsible for:

• Interpreting the design brief and concept and preparing interior materials palette, joinery package and lighting in line with the overall direction and present to clients.
• Source and specify appliances, fittings and fixtures in line with project design direction and budget.
• Work with the architectural team and coordinate documentation
• During construction review shop and approve items onsite relating to interior design scope

Experienced Required:

• Proficient in Revit and indesign
• Bachelors degree in interior design
• 3-5 year experience in high end residential design
