Pacific Penthouse Manly

Pacific Penthouse Apartment Manly creatively organises the apartment’s public and private spaces using a timber clad curved wall.

The inhabited timber curved wall guides, restricts and encourages flow to different rooms in the apartment, the depth of the wall gave us a space to allocate to use for kitchen joinery, robes, storage and work spaces.

The full effect of the wall is experienced as you move through the spaces, as the timber clad wall compresses your pathway and restricts your visual connection to the more private spaces, whilst opening up towards the more public spaces.

This approach brings a joyful spatial dynamic to the project.
